We collect information you provide when you use Apply Studio: account details (email, name), resume content and job descriptions you upload or paste, and usage data necessary to operate the service (e.g., generation counts, feature usage).
How we use it
Your data is used to provide tailoring, analysis, and export features; to improve the product; and to communicate with you about your account. Resume and job text are processed by our AI providers under our data processing terms.
Data retention and security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. You can delete your account and associated data from Account settings.
